Alto / Wap Terms & FAQ's

To order Alto / Wap vacuums, accessories and consumables, proceed to the Online Store .

 

 

1. Damage & Shortages - please inspect all vacuums and accessories and report any damage or shortages to me within 72 hours so that a freight claim can be filed. Claims reported beyond this 72hr period will be denied.

2. Returns & Refunds - vacuums may be returned for credit within 7 days of receipt. All accessories must be included with the vacuum in the original box. Customer will be responsible for freight, both inbound (actual cost, not the $10.00 flat fee charged on their invoice) and return cost. No returns on vacuums after 7 days.

Bags, filters, accessories and repair parts that have been used or removed from factory sealed packaging are not returnable. No returns on these items after 30 days.

3. Performance - If you suspect your unit is not performing properly, I will test it at no charge (except for return freight costs if applicable) during the 2yr warranty period. Performance issues with the motor will be addressed through Alto factory warranty repair or replacement.

4. Warranty - 2 years on parts and 1 year on labor....from date of purchase. Hose or power cord replacement are not typically covered under warranty. Other accidental damage is also excluded.

5. Quantity Discounts - all additional discounts will be implemented when your order is processed....

Vacuums - additional 10% discount on 8 or more vacuums shipped to a single location.

Bags - additional 10% discount on 10 or more filter bag packages (5 bags per package) shipped to a single location. Mixed quantities allowed.

Filters - additional 10% discount on 5 or more filter elements shipped to a single location. Mixed quantities allowed.
