Ultimate Garage Collector's Showroom

The purpose of this six month project was to construct and equip a showroom / workshop to house and support several "one-of-a-kind" vehicles. No expense was spared. For example, the HVAC system is capable of maintaining a constant 65 degrees year-round, despite the rows of track and recessed lighting; the security system is comparable to that found in many banks; and the Halon suppression equipment enables a fire to be quickly extinguished without the damage caused by powder or water systems. There's even a Bang & Olufsen audio system to provide background music for those working in the shop. Ultimate Garage provided a carefully chosen selection of Facom tools and Lista storage enabling 98% of all repairs to be made in-house.

	The Lista cabinetry & workbench provide ample storage of tools, hardware and spare parts to support the cars in the shop. The burgundy color was chosen as it complements the carpeting and is a nice contrast against the grey wallcovering.

	It took 3 days to properly partition all of the cabinet drawers for the collection of Facom tools, hardware, spare parts and test equipment.

	Many of the drawer dividers were custom for this project. The end result nicely complements the exceptional vehicles in the room.

	Fume extraction system along the back wall allows cars to be safely run in the room.

	Blast gates in the ductwork for control and isolation of the fume extraction system.

	Porsche/Hazet tool kit (left) was a bit disappointing in person. Intercomp scales (right) are a great addition to any shop.

	More wheel tools including the biggest torque wrench (approx 50" long) I've ever seen. Just fits inside a Lista Double-width drawer.
