Spax Torx Drive Construction Screws - great general purpose construction screw. Full thread flat head yellow zinc - T20 torx drive (far better than phillips or pozidriv). Also available in a smaller 1 lbs box. Includes a T20 torx bit.

Note - although Spax classifies these fasteners as "full thread", their thread dies only go to 2 1/2" on all of their construction screws. As such, there is noticeable unthreaded shank under the screw head on sizes 3" and longer. The photo example shown here is of a 3" long screw.
