Unico 2436 R22 High Velocity A/C with Heating Module (pickup only, Northern NJ) - this was a 2nd generation Unico system. It was replaced with wall hung heat pump. System worked great before I had the R22 compressor removed in Nov 2021. Heating module with Hot Water coil (HW2436 and MH2436) is installed but has never been used or connected to the garage's boiler. AC module can be replaced with an R410a unit.

  • MB2436L Low Speed Blower Module (Serial # 207A86062)
  • MC2436C R22 Cooling Module (Serial # 0208A90501)
  • HW2436 Hot Water Coil (Serial # 10395)
  • MH2436 Heat Module (Serial # 0207A59934)
  • Drain pan

The modules clip together and should be easy to remove.  The components are NOT large or heavy.  The attic area in the garage is open and accessible (see pic). I'll help whoever purchases this remove the unit but at 70+ years old, I prefer not to do it alone.  As a side note, the current heating coils are selling for $900+ which is more than the complete assembly should in the pics.
