Part of the BMW Factory Tool set required for removal and installation of the rear subframe bushings. This threaded rod is used when removing the old bushings. For E28 and possibly other models. Original part number was 88886333107.

This piece and the others for the E28, E30, E32/E34/E36 Subrame bushing R&R tool sets require the threaded rod (83300492218, #333103) and the 24mm hub nut (83300492219, #333104). The photo shows these 2 parts but they are NOT included with this item.

I'm not sure why there is a separate thread rod for removal and another for installation.
