USAG Ratcheting Exhaust Pipe Cutter (DE.8) - Great for many catalytic converter replacements, especially factory welded installations. Slim profile for access in tight spaces. Cuts tubing thickness up to 3mm. Capacity is 31-65mm (1 7/32" - 2 9/16").

The USAG/Facom DE.8 appears to be identical to the Sealy VS16371 (see video). Ultimate Garage also stocks replacement cutting wheels for this tool, order Facom DE.8-1 as needed. These were purchased on a USAG promo.  Pricing limited to supply in stock.
