The PM.MODMCHA17IM is an empty, high-density foam storage module tray. It is manufactured by FACOM/USAG explicitly to house the MODM.CHA (or MODM.CHAPF) 24-piece 1/2" drive cylinder head, Torx, Hex, and XZN socket set. 

Molded out of dual-color, oil-resistant foam, it features a bright red base underlay with a black top layer. This two-tone configuration serves as an immediate visual inventory tracker; if a slot is red, a tool is missing.
