Facom Ratchet Repair Kit - for use with 1/4" Drive Facom, Proto, USAG & Mac Ratchets (R.161RN)- the ratchets below are all made in Italy at USAG's Gemonio factory. Includes the proper spring, pawl & screw to fit most 72 tooth round head 1/4" drive ratchets....see list below. Ratchets should be serviced on an annual basis or as needed....clean, replace wear parts and lubricate. Limited supply.
