The FACOM R.PE360J22 (also designated as R.PE360J22PB) is an ultra-compact 22-piece PICO series tool set featuring FACOM's unique 1/4-inch hex drive "Rotator" twist-handle bit ratchet. The defining characteristic of the included R.PE360 ratchet is its bi-directional twist-action handle. Twisting the handle rotates the drive head in either direction, allowing you to fasten or loosen screws in highly confined spaces where a conventional standard ratchet swing is completely impossible. It features a 60-tooth fine mechanism (yielding a 6° increment during normal ratcheting) and bidirectional operation controlled by a rotating ring at the head.
