Escort Radar Detector Visor Clip - these are new from at least 45+ years ago when Mike Valentine and Cincinnati Microwave came out with the Escort radar detector which surpassed the earlier Autotronics offerings (Snooper and Super Snooper) in performance.  

 

Note- there's currently a used one listed on Ebay for $41.00 which is a bit much seeing that you can buy used Escorts with the bracket and case for $35-40.
