Facom 1/2" Drive 6pt Insulated Socket (1000v) - 2 color warning system (orange=good, yellow=replace). For use on live components to 1000v AC. Sockets should be used with an insulated ratchet/torque wrench, T-handle or other insulated driver/extension (from Facom, Cementex or Salisbury) to ensure adequate protection. Facom discontinued this 6pt version of the insulated socket several years ago...they are only available as AVSE 12pt sockets. Limited quantities. Made in France.

Note - can also be used as a protective socket for removal of lug bolts and nuts on Japanese vehicles (or others using a 21mm wheel socket)
