(U.16B32)-Ball Joint Press (up to 32mm diameter) (special order/7-10 days) (USAG)

USAG Ball Joint Separator (449-32) - for removing steering and suspension ball joints up to 32mm diameter. Identical to Facom U.16B32.

Note 1 - this tool is equipped with shear pins which are designed to break if overtorqued. This is for the users protection. I have found that works best to apply moderate tension to the ball joint and strike the ball joint (the part, NOT the tool) with a 1kg or other heavy hammer. Increase the tension and repeat with the hammer until the joint breaks loose. Spare pins are available for purchase through Ultimate Garage.
