Description:

Filter Bags (paper) -presumably for a Wap SQ17 or SQ19 based on the picture on the bag (these were the stainless steel industrial models with the push handle). Alto later went to fleece bags for these models.  These are the classic 1 micron paper bags.  Not for wet use.
