Facom 83H Long Hex Key-19mm - Silicon steel with a black phosphate finish. Overall length is 265mm (10.4"). Weight is 1.8 lbs (830 gr). Made in France, not China. This is a fairly heavy (albeit compact) item....approx $4.00 of this cost is due to freight from Europe. 

A pipe can be slipped over the wrench for additional leverage. With the proper cutting tools (this will void any factory warranty), the wrench can be cut into 2-3" sections for insertion into a 19mm (6pt) socket for use with a breaker bar, impact wrench or torque wrench.
