A pivot knob with a 72-tooth ratchet head can be used to stabilize the wrench in line with the fastener being tightened. I feel the 306 series is the best all around torque wrench that Facom makes today. Great accuracy without potential electronics issues with some of the more costly units. Plus you've got the option of using the open end or ring end attachments when a ratchet/socket approach is not an option.
